Tariff and Booking Conditions

Rates vary for season and include a full cooked breakfast. Discounts available for Mon–Fri or weekly guests.

Payment: We accept pound sterling, cheques and all major credit and debit cards.

This is a non smoking establishment. Pets not allowed.

Check-in time: Between 4pm and 7.30pm. Arrivals at any other time by arrangement.

Breakfast: Mon–Fri: 7am–8.30am, Sat–Sun: 8am–9.30am.

Room Vacation: By 10.30am on day of departure.

Parking: Not suitable for large commercial vehicles, vans or trailers. Motorcyclists/cyclists are free to store their bikes in the garage.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. One night stay; £20, two nights or more; the cost of one night's stay. You can telephone and pay your deposit using a credit or debit card.

Cancellations: Within seven days of arrival date I reserve the right to make a charge.
